How do I place my order?
- Explore our shop’s catalog until you find something you like, choose the required quantity and click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button to buy the product you like. You can add any number of products as per your requirement.
- In ‘Shopping cart’ page, you can either choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
- In order to proceed your purchase, You can either login into your Halwaworld account or continue as a guest user.
- Once the shopping cart is set, You can proceed to checkout, submit your shipping address, select the desired payment process and place your order.
Will I get confirmation If my order is placed successfully?
You will get an email confirmation once your order is placed sucessfully. Your order confirmation email will have the invoice slip of your purchase. Your order will be freshly prepared and will be shipped to your door step.
How is my order will be packed?
Your order will be securely packed using eco-friendly food pouch which has been approved by Food department. We use air-tight plastic container to protect the product against external damage or squeezing. Based on the product measurements, corrugated box also will be used to protect the shipment.
How long will it take to receive my order?
At Halwaworld, We ship the orders on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday) excluding public holidays. Usually, deliveries on Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka and Pondicherry will take 24 to 48 hours. Deliveries on rest of India will take 24 to 72hrs. In case of rural areas, delivery timeline may vary slightly.

What are all the available payment modes?
We accept all type of Credit cards, Debit cards and also have provision of paying through Net banking and multiple vendor wallets. All your payments are end to end encrypted and we use 256-bit secure socket layer encryption technique to process the payments.
What happens if my payment got failed?
- Please check your bank/credit card account to ensure if your account has been debited. In case If your account has been debited after a payment failure, the same amount will be refunded by banks/card issuer within 3 to 5 business days.

Is there any other hidden charges?
No and never. There will be no hidden cost on your payments. You only have to pay for the product you wish to afford. Halwaworld will be always transparent on charges and payments.
Is there any shipping charges?
Yes, It depends on the shipping address and residence region, there will be a small delivery fee charged during checkout.
